1. The requested by user has a primary phone number on their personnel record it should have been copied to the phone number on the WR.

    - When we are going to convert WR to WO so phone number will update in WR. but when we are clone WR to WR so in this case phone number will update or not?

2. Converted WR need to be linked WO Number to the WR and need to attached Approval History.

	- When we convert WR into WO so WO number linked to WR.
	- As per your suggested sp procApprovalHistoryInsert 
		Object guid is the WR Guid created
		Approval Type id for WR is 5
		Personnel Guid is the Request Guid
		Entry Date is date being submitted
		Approval Status ID is 2 if assigned , 1 if approved, 5 if item is approved and then edited and saved
		
		- So EntryDate entity is not available in procApprovalHistoryInsert sp also aprt from above fields there are few more fields and they fields are 
		  not nullable so we are unable to insert approval history. and please just explain "5 if item is approved and then edited and saved".
